Scheme of MNRE for Solar PV Module/Cells Manufacturer

In the beginning of year 2019, MNRE (Ministry of Non-Renewable Energy) issued Guidelines for enlistment under Approved models and manufacturers of Solar PV modules/cells complying with the BIS Standards (Requirements of Compulsory Registration) and must have BIS Certificate for the models wish to be enlisted by the manufacturer.

Objective behind introducing the ALMM scheme by MNRE:
Improve the quality of Solar PV modules.
Tighten Quality Requirement and will increase producer’s reliability.
To improve long term sustainability of India’s Solar Market.

Effective Date of Implementation of the ALMM scheme is 31.03.2020. After this date, only the models and manufacturers included in the list will be eligible to participate in Government tenders/projects/schemes. ALMM shall consist of List-1 for Solar Modules and List-2 for Solar Cells.

Just submit the necessary and relevant documents supporting the application, signed by the authorized signatory to us and we will assist you in enlistment of the particular module & cell in the list. We “PAVONE Technologies” will prepare relevant documents required for application submission

PAVONE will help also you in getting your PV module tested at BIS accredited lab and reports review by the team of experienced professionals, identify the gaps if any and help you fill those gaps for smooth application submission process for BIS certificate and enlistment in ALMM scheme. We recommend the standard against which PV module needs to be conformed to and coordinate with laboratories accredited by BIS to carry out the desired testing of the PV modules as per the standard.
